Navigating Conflict During Family Gatherings
Many of us dread getting together with our families. Numerous recent surveys report that over 40% of respondents experience open conflict during family gatherings.The top five topics most likely to trigger conflicts are: politics (34%), past family grievances (32%), relationships (25%), finances (25%), and parenting (17%). Politics is expected to remain a primary driver of family tensions this year.
This skill building workshop will provide education, skill building, strategies and support to aid participants in navigating conflict during family holiday gatherings.
PPLI Skill Buildings are experiential and participative without pressuring participants to participate outwardly.

Develop a personalized plan to help participants increase their comfort in the midst of family gatherings.
